Payment is made via the methods offered on the site at the time of purchase. The order is only confirmed after payment is validated by the relevant provider.

Pack Ayoub may change its prices in the future. However, the price charged is the one in effect when you confirm your order.

Access to digital content

After payment is validated, you receive personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive access to the purchased content or services for the period specified by the relevant offer.

This access is reserved for your strictly personal use as part of your TCF Canada preparation.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Services offered by Pack Ayoub are digital content and tools whose delivery may begin immediately after payment is validated.

By confirming your purchase and accessing your member area, a simulator, or paid content, you expressly request immediate provision of the service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may no longer apply once access is opened, in accordance with applicable rules on digital content.
